Order Cancellations / Refunds
For all queries, comments, compliments, complaints and feedback please email info@netcanvas.co.za.
- You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 10 days from the date you placed your order on the condition that you have not given us authorization to manufacture your order. ย
- Where refunds are approved, please allow 7 working days for processing.
- If payment was made by credit card, 7 working days must have passed since the purchase to ensure funds have cleared in our account and are not reversible.
- Due to the nature of our business (Buy Now - Redeem within 6 Months) once 10 days have passed your order will be processed even if you have not supplied us with images and we will no longer offer full refunds due to administration fees, 3rd party processing fees and application fees.ย ย
- If you still wish to cancel your order and no images or artwork have been supplied and or authorization given to manufacture your order a 15% administration fee will be applied alternatively you may exchange your full order value for a voucher please see "Gift Voucher Policy" below.ย ย ย ย ย
- Once you have given us authorization to manufacture your order we will no longer permit order cancellations nor offer a refund. You may however enquire as to what level we are at in the manufacturing process of your order and partial refund may be applicable (this is at managements discretion).ย

- Clicking the "I trust your judgement" on the product page.ย
- Giving a "go ahead" via email or WhatsApp.ย ย
- Purchasing a product that does not require you to send us images or artwork.ย
- Clicking the "I trust your judgement" on the product page.ย
- Please note: "Authorization to manufacture your order" refers to the:
- Design work carried out on your order.ย
- Printing on various substrates related to your order.
- Sublimation related to your order.ย
- Material cutting related to your order.
- Assembling of mechanisms related to your order.ย ย ย
- Assembling of canvas frames related for your order.ย
- Packaging related to your order.ย
Gift Voucher policyย
- NetCanvas Gift Vouchers / Vouchers will remain valid for a period of 36 months from date of purchase.ย
- You may exchange your order value for a NetCanvas Gift Voucher within 6 months of purchase on the condition that you have not authorized us to manufacture your order.ย
- If you exchange your order for a NetCanvas Gift Voucher, your voucher will remain valid for 36 months from the date of your original order purchase.ย
- NetCanvas Gift Vouchers and may not be exchanged for cash.ย
- Once a NetCanvas Voucher has been redeemed no change will be given.ย
- NetCanvas Gift Vouchers exclude shipping fees.ย
- If you do not redeem your order within the given 6 month period your total order value will automatically be transferred into a NetCanvas Gift Voucher valid for 36 month from the date of your original order purchase.ย
- All NetCanvas Gift Vouchers / Vouchers not redeemed within 36 months from purchase will be forfeited.ย
Unsatisfactory Delivery / Replacementsย
- NetCanvas has a very stringent quality control process and a very high standard when it comes to the products and materials we use. We always endeavour to deliver the perfect products, however we are human and should something go wrong we will always rectify our mistakes until the you are 100% satisfied. That is our guarantee to you.ย ย
- You have 7 days from receipt of your order to inspect your order and bring any defects or errors to our attention.ย
- Please note all of our orders are shipped with insurance covered by our couriers and if for some reason your package experienced in transit damage, the item/s in question would be remanufactured or repaired at no cost to you.ย
- If for some reason you receive an order that has incurred an error, fault or defect NetCanvas will repair or replace the item/s in question at no cost to you.ย
- NetCanvas may require the item/s in question shipped back to our factory before repairing or replacing at no cost to you.ย
- NetCanvas may request photos or videos of the item/s in question before repairing or replacing.ย ย ย ย ย
