I am extremely impressed with the quality of the canvas prints. They are excellent quality, very sturdy, and the finish is even better than I expected. Send a e mail the day after I received the 3 Canvas prints with the pictures to info@netcanvas but no response to acknowledge my problem ! no good customer service and not good quality control prior to despatch to customer !

The quality is not to good had abit of scratches and also it toke very long for my canvas to be delivered this time around and even the WhatsApp number you communicate to is very unprofessional they tell u they will fet back to you with information but dont you must constantly WhatsApp for answers I normally use yall and this is my first time with this experience.

Communication during the process was bad. I sent a follow up message to enquire about the order and the message was not even acknowledged or responded back too just sent the order. Not sure if I will order again
