I was extremely happy with your professional service. It was outstanding. I was also very happy with my canvasses. Unfortunately, the courier's service was atrocious. I will never ever use Fastway or Bob Go again. I waited for 7 days at home as every day I was told my canvasses will be delivered. Then the emails and calls started. Most probably 5 emails and about 10 calls. Then I was going to collect it at the Hub. Then they stuff that up as well. Then at last, they said they will deliver, after several calls. Now it was already 10 to 12 days later....Then the Fastway Courier could not find my house. I had to get into my car and meet him to collect it. There service is appalling. On a scale from 1 to 10, your Company is at 10. Fastway will be at 1. Well done with your outstanding service. Kind regards, Susan.
The pictures are perfect but the order/ delivery took too long ( a month) without any communication in between.
