This is the second time they have messed up my order. This time, they sent me someone else’s order—it isn’t even my pictures! The customer service is absolutely terrible.They never respond to messages, and it’s only after you threaten to take the matter to social media that they suddenly start taking action. I honestly think this will be the last time I order from Netcanvas. I’ve had one bad experience after another, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I expected much better.

Canvas quality is great. Upload process was easy. Unfortunately, there wasnt an email reminding you on how to upload the photos if you selected the option to upload photos within 6 months. I just got an email saying my order was in process. It would be ideal for a reminder email on next steps as I kept having to go back to the website to see what I needed to do.
