This is not my order!
This is the second time they have messed up my order. This time, they sent me someone else’s order—it isn’t even my pictures! The customer service is absolutely terrible. They never respond to messages, and it’s only after you threaten to take the matter to social media that they suddenly start taking action. I honestly think this will be the last time I order from Netcanvas. I’ve had one bad experience after another, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I expected much better.
Awesome. The prints are perfect! Will certainly use you guys again!
Delivery took 4 weeks and no response on Whatsapp

NetCanvas was amazing! I placed an order with a very short lead time and sent a whatsapp to ask that it be done as quickly as possible as it was meant for a birthday gift and not only did they get the order done in time the quality is fantastic and my photos look amazing.
Thank you
I won't order canvas prints from any other company!!! Netcanvas is GREAT!!
Quick and easy
Good quality canvas received in a good condition
Exceptional quality – Net Canvas has been my go to for years and I will never go to anyone else
My second time ordering now and when you see a person tears up because of your gift. Very emotional. Love it. 10/10
Beautiful !! It was a gift for my brother who lost his fur baby..... special memories
Fast and effective. Great value for money. I love them!
Got exactly what I asked for and very quick
A birthday gift that brought a smile
Very good quality. Will definitely make more.
Love it😊😍
Canvas quality is great. Upload process was easy. Unfortunately, there wasnt an email reminding you on how to upload the photos if you selected the option to upload photos within 6 months. I just got an email saying my order was in process. It would be ideal for a reminder email on next steps as I kept having to go back to the website to see what I needed to do.
I have been using Net canvas for more than 10 years for all my pictures. Still the best service and quality!!
